Job Description for Group Marketing Executive:
● Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
● Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
● Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
● Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
● Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
● Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
● Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
● Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Webtrends etc.)
● Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
● Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
● Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
● Writing business proposals
● Negotiating with stakeholders
● Use existing customer data to run digital segmentation and strategy
● Assist to implement and execute strategic marketing plans
● Identify key trends of the company’s target clientele and the opportunities to reach this audience
Branding and Positioning:
● Use existing branding assets to widen reach of the brand locally and internationally
● Work with our existing branding, Public relations and social media marketing agencies to create strategies for events or outreach
● Executing and / or supervising the execution of such strategies alongside such agencies
● Recommend, plan, and execute company-wide marketing strategies
● Engage and grow our online audience through our social media platforms
● Preparation of media kits and marketing communication materials for distribution through various channels
● Developing growth strategies and plans
● Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
● Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
● Following industry trends locally and internationally
● Assist in conceptualizing and executing new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects
● Assist in development of brand content and material for use across all communication channel
● Assist with operations and value add to the existing customer service experience
● Monitor, analyze and optimize our marketing efforts
● Create content for press releases, articles, and graphics as and when is needed
● Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on effectiveness and Return on investment on each campaign
