Job description for Graphic Designer at PT Nova Indonesia
PT Nova Indonesia is a premium coastal furniture manufacturer, under our brand Novasolo, selling solid mahogany, white-painted pieces across the US, fully assembled, with Danish design roots. Currently we are looking for a Graphic Designer who can also lead content creation across social — owning our visual presence end-to-end, from design assets to the stories and posts that build the brand on Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Job Responsibilities
Content & Design:
- Photo editing
- Design flyers/catalogues/posters/banners
- Product sketches and technical drawings
- Video production
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Create and post Instagram Stories and feed content that reflect NovaSolo's coastal, premium aesthetic
- Develop Pinterest pins and boards
- Produce LinkedIn content
- Plan a basic content calendar
- Adapt one piece of content into formats for each platform
Website & E-commerce:
- Maintain and update website on an ongoing basis
- Add new content and product listings as needed
- Upload and review product pages
- Monitor site health
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; basic video editing (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Pinterest, and/or LinkedIn — show examples
- Comfortable with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English for captions and content review
- Able to work under deadlines, communicate effectively, proactive, work independently as well as in a team
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, premium design work — coastal, home, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Yogyakarta
