You ask the right questions early, flag risks before they become problems, and deliver calmly under deadline.

You find a way to make the work strong within whatever constraints the project hands you.
What you'll do
Own the execution of campaign assets across channels, from master layouts down to the final formatted deliverables.
Turn one approved design into every format it needs to live in, without the idea getting diluted.
Refine, retouch, and correct until the output is production-ready and print-safe.
Package files to spec for printers, developers, and publishing platforms.
Document and maintain templates and asset libraries, so the next project starts faster.
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, production, or a studio environment.
Portfolio that shows finished work and real attention to typography and layout.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
A calm, organized approach to deadlines and revisions.
Fluent in English (this is a must).
Bonus if you
Have motion, photography, or print production experience.
Enjoy building templates and systems that make the team more efficient.
Keep an eye on design trends and know which ones are worth stealing.
