** Main Responsibility:
- Ideation, design publications, marketing materials for academic, communication, advertising, sales, and events such as Poster, Brochure, Leaflet, Backdrop, Banner, Standee, POSM, and academic materials, etc.

- Participating in the process of creating concepts, developing ideas, building images and implementing designs for company/project publications.
Tham gia vào quá trình sáng tạo concept, phát triển ý tưởng, xây dựng hình ảnh và thực hiện thiết kế cho các ấn phẩm của công ty/dự án.
- Coordinate with related departments to design ideas for publications used on the company's digital marketing channels such as website, Fanpage, Youtube, Linkedin.
Phối hợp bộ phận liên quan lên ý tưởng thiết kế cho các ấn phẩm sử dụng trên các kênh digital marketing của công ty như website, Fanpage, Youtube, Linkedin.
- Support website administration, fanpage, organize internal and external events.
Hỗ trợ quản trị website, fanpage, tổ chức các sự kiện truyền thông nội bộ và bên ngoài.
- Implement and supervise printing activities / coordinate production of marketing products/ tools with other departments.
Triển khai và giám sát hoạt động in ấn/phối hợp sản xuất các cấn phẩm/ công cụ Marketing cùng các bộ phận khác.
- Responsible for taking pictures internally, events/activities of the company. Work with relevant partners on company requirements. Check the quality of images/movies after the implementation of the partners, evaluate/ensure the company's quality.
Đảm nhiệm công tác chụp hình, quay phim, dựng phim cho các sự kiện hoạt động của công ty. Làm việc với đối tác liên quan về các yêu cầu của công ty. Kiểm tra chất lượng hình ảnh/phim sau khi thực hiện của đối tác, đánh giá/đảm bảo chất lượng công ty.
- Other tasks: responsible, support editing images and materials for marketing and communication (updating website images, social media...). Manage and store design document files.
Công tác khác: chịu trách nhiệm chỉnh sửa hình ảnh tư liệu phục vụ công tác Marketing và truyền thông (hình ảnh cập nhật website, social media….Quản lý, lưu trữ các file tài liệu thiết kế.
- Reporting and other duties as assigned by line manager.
Thực hiện báo cáo và các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác khi có yêu cầu.
** Requirement:
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in Industrial art, Fine art or related creative design.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Mỹ thuật công nghiệp, Mỹ thuật hoặc liên quan tới thiết kế sáng tạo.
- At least 2 years experiences in similar or related positions.
Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các vị trí tương đương hoặc liên quan.
- Have creative ideas, modern design style. Having out of the box thinking, professional knowledge in the field of design, advertising, media, printing, etc.
Có ý tưởng sáng tạo, phong cách thiết kế hiện đại. Có tư duy, kiến thức chuyên môn về lĩnh vực thiết kế, quảng cáo truyền thông, in ấn…
- Proficient in using specialized software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Motion, Premiere... photography knowledge, good color perception and layout thinking.
Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên dụng thiết kế và dựng phim như Photoshop, Illustrator, Motion, Premiere... Kiến thức về chụp ảnh, cảm thụ màu sắc và tư duy bố cục tốt.
- Good teamwork skills.
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
- Basic English.
Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
** Working location: 148 Nguyễn Đình Chính, Phường Phú Nhuận, HCM.
** Working time: 9:00 - 17:00 (Làm việc 2 ngày Thứ 7/ tháng)
