Top Search International (TSI), belonging to our business ecosystem, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Creative Design:
- Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing channels, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns and presentations.
- Ensure all designs align with the project’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Create engaging visuals for marketing collateral, including posters, banners, infographics, and more.
2. Landing Page Design:
- Design and optimize user-friendly and visually appealing landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
- Ensure landing pages are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from the team and clients
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the highest design standards.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance the brand’s visual presence.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team or creative agency.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work.
2. Technical Skills:
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
- Proficiency in web design tools and platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (preferred).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices for landing page design.
3. Soft Skills:
- Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
