Job description for Graphic Designer (Night Shift) at Mac Marketing
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Creative Development
- Create materials for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, and presentations, ensuring all designs are on-brand and visually consistent.
Process Compliance
- Follow established design approval workflows to ensure quality and alignment with company standards.
Format Adaptation
- Design according to pre-defined formats and templates to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects on time.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and software to incorporate innovative elements into designs.
- Propose new ideas and improvements for marketing and branding strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creativity.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage for collaborating with international teams or clients.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
- 5.5 days per week (Saturday work from home)
