Job Descriptions
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual assets that support marketing campaigns, advertising productions, social media content, and client presentations while maintaining high creative and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain brand visual identities, ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Adapt Key Visuals (KV) and master artworks into multiple formats, platforms, and campaign deliverables while maintaining brand integrity.
- Create and adapt online and offline materials including social media assets, banners, POSM, OOH, digital ads, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Work with existing brand guidelines to develop layouts, typography, graphic elements, and visual systems for different communication needs.
- Support branding projects such as brand guideline development, visual identity refinement, and campaign adaptation.
- Use AI-powered design tools to support image generation, visual development, and video creation as part of the creative production workflow.
- Ensure all design outputs are accurate, consistent, production-ready, and aligned with client brand standards.
- Manage multiple adaptation and branding projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and production schedules.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in Branding, Advertising, Production House, or Media is preferred.
Software & AI
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and production, especially AI-powered video generation and editing, is required.
Soft Skills
- Good communication and collaboration.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- English writing and read for work.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and color.
- Good knowledge of branding, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
- Able to develop and adapt KVs / Master Artworks across multiple formats and channels.
- Able to prepare production-ready artwork.
- Basic motion/video knowledge is a plus.
