Job description for Graphic Design at bTaskee Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative visuals that align with brand identity across multiple platforms, including campaigns, trade marketing, social media, digital, and ads;
Conceptualize and execute key branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and high-impact design;
Enhance and optimize images, marketing assets, and communication materials for a strong visual impact;
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver compelling designs for both online and offline channels;
Design a wide range of assets, from digital (banners, social media, infographics, email marketing) to offline (standees, flyers, vouchers, office decor);
Develop and refine internal branding materials, including slides, reports, and event visuals;
Stay ahead of design trends and apply innovative techniques to keep designs fresh and engaging;
(Optional) Produce short animation clips to support marketing campaigns;
Assist with other design tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in branding, and campaign execution;
Strong portfolio in both digital & print design;
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field;
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
Experience in 3D design (mockups, environmental graphics) or Graphic Motion (After Effects) is a plus;
Ability to work on multiple projects, and deliver high-quality designs;
A passion for creativity, innovation, and the ability to use colors flexibly with a good aesthetic sense;
Ability to work independently as well as within a team;
Deep understanding of branding principles and brand identity development;
Have a personal laptop.
