- In charge of sales KPIs by conducting sales planning and deployment for product and service packages. Manage day-by-day client communication.
- Manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensure strategy matching the brief, manage campaign launching and ongoing operations to ensure the campaign’s KPI, including market research, budgeting, and reporting.
- Establish and manage campaign material production.
- Coordinate communication with both internal and external parties.
- Propose and implement business growth and process improvement.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
- Understand your client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs.
- Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers.
- Manage and oversee subordinates (junior and senior Account Exec.), coordinate with other departments during progress of project execution.
- Assign tasks and supervise to make sure work progress and delivery.
- Coach and train subordinates with up-to-date knowledge and skills for team growth altogether.
Experience and Requirements:
· Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in full stack marketing strategy, planning, campaign execution and direct sale/account manager to Brands in Vietnam for digital marketing. Influencer marketing experience is a plus.
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communication or any course relevant to the field
· Passionate in sales, marketing planning, strategic thinking.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good command of English is a must.
· Strong coordination and end-to-end project management skill with details to attention
· Strong time management skills and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
· MS Office esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
