We are looking for an outstanding Data Analytics Manager, someone who has a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working across internal and external stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
As a Data Analytics Manager, you will ensure robust analytical frameworks and methodologies are applied for Digitas Clients. Together with your team, you will use data mining, science, and visualization techniques to analyze large, structured, and unstructured data sets to find insights that will help improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
• Work in a variety of databases and reporting systems for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards, solving Client’s business problems
• Ideate, define, and present analytical solutions
• Help guide development of analytics capability, advise how to leverage analytics across Clients to drive our business result
• Manage analytics process, track and resolve issues and action items throughout the lifecycle
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and impactful analysis
• Produce Client facing documentation for various types of audiences
• Grow junior members of your Team
Experience and Requirements:
• Proven experience managing analytical projects and teams, from conception and ideation, through to delivery, presentation, and business outcome
• Familiarity with common data analysis and science frameworks as well as techniques
• Knowledge of commonly used data analytics, science and visualization platforms, tools and programming languages
• Ability to communicate and present complex issues in a simple and easy way
• Passion to discover untapped opportunities for our clients and internal team
