1. Job description:
- Teach SAT and monitor student performance at high schools in Hanoi or at the center as assigned.
- Plan and deliver lessons using materials, slides, videos, and other teaching aids provided by SIMPace.
- Instruct SAT test strategies and maintain engaging and disciplined classrooms.
- Track student progress, provide academic counseling, and mark homework.
- Participate in curriculum development and provide feedback to managers.
- Attend team meetings and workshops.
- Collaborate with SIMPace staff to support academic and operational activities.
- Complete administrative tasks in the Learning Management System.
- Support in placement testing and weekly activity organization.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Academic/Operations Manager.
2. Requirements:
- Degree in Math or Science, preferably with a Math Education background.
- SAT score ≥ 1550 and all sub-scores ≥ 780.
- Teaching certificate: CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL (required).
- High ACT/GRE/GMAT scores are an advantage.
- At least 2 year of SAT teaching experience.
- Familiar with SAT test structure and strategies.
- Capable of teaching English, Reading, and Math.
- Knowledge in lesson planning, assessment, and teaching methodologies.
- Inspiring and energetic teaching style.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
