- Triển khai, giám sát và tổ chức thi công các hạng mục: Kết cấu bê tông, xây trát, ốp lát, thạch cao, sơn bả, hoàn thiện…. đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ, an toàn và hiệu quả kinh tế.

- Giao tiếp làm việc với các đơn vị liên quan như Chủ biệt thự (CĐT), Ban QLDA, các Nhà thầu phụ, Nhà cung cấp, Tổ đội thi công…

- Phối hợp làm việc với các bộ phận thiết kế, kế toán, vật tư …

- Nghiệm thu chất lượng, khối lượng với Chủ đầu tư và Nhà thầu, Tổ đội thi công.

- Tốt nghiệp CĐ/ĐH chuyên Ngành Xây dựng.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm 1 năm về thi công kết cấu phần thô, thi công phần hoàn thiện, có kinh nghiệm bàn giao công trình hoàn thành đưa vào sử dụng.

- Có tư duy về thi công tổng thể công trình, đưa ra biện pháp thi công, biết đo bóc khối lượng, biết lập và quản lý tiến độ thi công.

- Có thể đi công tác xa dài hạn theo dự án công ty (Dự án Hưng Yên/Phan Thiết).
