- Prepare & execute sales strategy for achieving the assigned business targets
- Resource planning and forecasting to achieve targets and monitor channel performance
- Enroll, train and motivate new sales team and promote strong candidates to groom future leaders
- Maximize sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks
- Conceptualize and implement new schemes & promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity
- Guides in preparation of sales pitches, sales flow sales team to close maximum transactions
- Monitor, coach and mentor team members to ensure high levels of competence in the team
- Manage direct sales through a large team of young & middle level sales professionals
- Maintain cordial relations with all internal & external stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Review and ensure proper execution & documentation of application, agreements and allotments
- Oversee team for effective liaison with banks and financial institutions to provide faster processing of loans and structuring financing options for the customers
- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
Requirement:
- Proven track record in similar role or at the level of Senior Sales & Marketing Manager/General Manager not less than 6 years in the region.
- Five or more years of experience in residential sales preferably in mixed use, phased and multi-unit projects
- Experience of managing budgets/cost control, and planning, prioritizing, and organizing work to meet targets
- A lateral and innovative thinker, an original problem-solver.
- Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills
- Ability to work on deadline driven work environment
