Job description for General Manager at Skin Dewi
- Strong initiative in translating the company's key initiative, objective, and result
- Responsible for developing and managing the overall marketing & communication strategies for brand management activities
- Ability to develop a marketing plan and manage the full marketing budget of the company and translate to quantitative results
- Oversee and groom the marketing and creative team into a high performance and inquisitive team
- Initiate, Conceptualize, Strategize, Manage, Execute, and Optimize end-to-end campaign development including insight generation, campaign briefing, creative execution, 360 marketing channel planning and post-campaign analysis, in all respects of customer life cycle
- Evaluate brand positioning, pricing, promotion, and branding strategy when entering the market that meets sizable demands
- Together with the Business Development team, setting up the right KPI and goals for new channels that Skin Dewi is tapping into (such as Marketplace, or any other new channel we acquire in the future) with full understanding of the marketing funnel
- Develop strong strategy, framework, and execute rollout for all BAU and/or automated activities, not limited to: CRM Transactional, Loyalty Programme, Brand Awareness, Prospecting Campaigns, SEO Improvements, and Longer term Initiatives
- Leading the creative team for a new brand & initiative in place.
- Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics, create style guides/ mood boards to use as reference
- Plan and Improve major innovations & strategic approach on Customer’s handling, customer service experience, create engagement, and facilitate organic growth
- Min 3-5 year experience in any of the following areas: Brand Management and Performance, Merchandise Planning, Project Management, Consumer analysis, P&L Management, New Product Development/NPD (Strategy & Implementation)
- A passion and genuine interest in beauty, retail, and e-commerce.
- Have an aligned vision with the brand and excitement for empower holistic health
- An ability to think / work strategically & systematically, with impeccable judgement and discretion
- An inspiring leader to mentor, manage, and influence team members
