Job description for General Manager (FMCG) at Manpower Việt Nam
Position: General Manager
Salary: USD 1,000–2,000 (depending on experience)
Incentives: Attractive sales commission structure based on performance
Working location: Ho Chi Minh

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and lead the company’s expansion efforts in both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) markets.
- Build upon existing key accounts, including Emart, King Food Mart, Gengsai, Big C, and others, while identifying and securing new partnerships.
- Strategize and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Provide strong leadership to the team and maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Expertise in expanding distribution channels in both GT and MT markets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and clients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies successfully.
- Experience in negotiating and building long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
