1. Compensation and Benefits Management: (60%)
Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements.
Utilize Misa Amis HR software for efficient HR operations, including employee data management, payroll, and reporting.
2. Work Permit and Visa Processing: (20%)
Handle end-to-end processes for work permits and visas for expatriate employees.
Stay updated on immigration regulations and ensure compliance.
Liaise with government agencies and external partners as needed.
3. Recruitment & Employee Relations: (20%)
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet organizational needs.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
