Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee regulations
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Support payroll, attendance, leave administration, and employee documentation
- Assist management in organizational development and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Foster a positive, productive, and professional work culture
- Support training, employee development, and engagement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR/HRD
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passionate about people development and company culture
