Job Description
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, SOPs, portioning, and quality standards.
Work across different cuisines, brands, and kitchen stations as required.
Assist with stock handling, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and proper grooming standards.
Support the kitchen team during peak hours and operational needs.
Follow instructions from the Kitchen In-Charge and Shift Manager.
Participate in training and adapt to new cuisines, brands, and stations.
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
Relevant experience as a Cook / Kitchen Staff.
Willing to work across different cuisines, brands, and kitchen stations.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and handle kitchen tasks.
Willing to work shifts, overtime, and extended hours when required.
Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
