General Affairs (GA) – Events & Office
Job Description
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
- Handle office facilities, maintenance, and asset management
- Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.) and ensure service quality
- Support event operations, including preparation, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Source and procure goods/services for office and event needs
- Compare vendor quotations and ensure cost efficiency and quality
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and event equipment
- Handle administrative tasks related to GA and procurement (PO, invoices, documentation)
- Ensure all office and event-related activities comply with company policies and safety standards
- Respond to internal requests and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in General Affairs, Procurement, or Event Operations
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in events are welcome to apply
- Familiar with vendor handling and procurement processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends for events if needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
