1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Hospitality, Management, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Front Office, Administration, GA, or Office Operations
3. Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
4. Experience handling Office Boys (OB), drivers, or support staff is an advantage
5. Professional appearance and positive working attitude
6. Strong discipline, punctuality, and operational awareness
7. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and external visitors
8. Computer literacy and willingness to learn internal systems
