Job description for General Affair (GA) Staff at PT. Bonecom Tricom
- Provides general facilities administration support in various administration functions which may include responding to calls for facility repair, the purchase of office supplies including stationery, business cards, name plates, handling special mail requests, printing services, petty cash account and facility security functions
- May assist with fixed asset inventories
- Coordinates with other departments on requirements and/or dealings with general premises/facilities queries.
- Carries out basic clerical duties such as copying data, compiling records, filing, posting and other incidental clerical duties
- Engage in legality and licensing processes
- Manage the maintenance of office buildings and other supporting facilities
- Taking care and maintain operational vehicles
- Manage the operational schedule of other employees such as drivers, officeboy and security
- Male (Max 28 years old), Female (Max 26 years old)
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in general affair
- Have SIM A and SIM C
- Have K3/HSE Certificate of Competence
- Able to work well as part of the team
- Must have a positive attitude and initiative
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Highly motivated, proactive, problem solver
