Job description for GA Manager at Everseiko Group
- Manage and maintain company’s assets: building, vehicles, electronics, machineries, etc.
- Planning and budgeting for daily operational start from budgets, petty cash, expenses, payments, etc.
- Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (printers, scanner, photocopier, internet connection, telephone, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner.
- Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning
- Procurement and inventory control of office stationery
- Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
- Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
- Ensure a complete and organize records of company assets, general documentations, servicing data and events.
- Conducting the process of finding a vendor/supplier for all equipment needs work (such as stationary, computer, furniture, air conditioner, etc.), as well as means or other supporting facilities.
- Perform the inspection janitor tasks, report on toilet cleanliness, control of vehicle use and security.
- Renewal of STNK, tax and KIR for vehicles.
- Prepare and make yearly budget for GA department activities.
- Maintain good relationship with vendors and suppliers
