Persyaratan :
- Gelar sarjana di bidang Manajemen.
- Berpengalaman di bidang penggalangan dana, atau bidang terkait lainnya
- Mampu bekerja dengan organisasi masyarakat + pengetahuan yang baik tentang sektor amal
- Mampu mengelola tim.
- Keterampilan komunikasi tertulis, verbal, dan telepon yang sangat baik.
- Memiliki Pengetahuan yang tentang proses keuangan, dan pemasaran (merupakan nilai lebih)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi penggalangan dana dan mengawasi program penggalangan dana
- Memastikan bahwa pencapaian/tujuan proyek/departemen terpenuhi dan sesuai dengan anggaran yang disetujui
- Menyelenggarakan dan menghadiri acara-acara nirlaba dan berjejaring dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait.
- Membangun hubungan baik dengan staf, anggota masyarakat, dan media.

In 1992, Sofyan Corp aligned its business orientation to be committed in responsible corporate governance guided by divine orientation, with an aim to improve the sustainable growth, enhance long term profitability, product sustainability, and inter generational equity while contributing a positive impact to the society. Therefore the company adopted Halal/Sharia Principles as the base of its operation.
