Job Overview:
We’re expanding our Engineering team and looking for a hands-on Fullstack Team Leader who is passionate about building scalable, high-performing products while guiding a growing engineering team. This is a 70% coding / 30% leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in both deep tech and people development.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Own and deliver end-to-end features from concept to production (backend + frontend);
● Design scalable architecture for high-availability systems;
● Act as a technical lead for the team: set standards, perform code reviews, and
mentor less experienced engineers;
● Assign tasks, oversee delivery, and drive execution within the engineering team;
● Provide material and constructive feedback on the work of SWE and Sr. SWE;
● Continuously improve code quality, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have
● Proven track record with 3+ years in fullstack development and 1+ year leading
engineering teams in product-based companies;
● Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer/Information Technology or IT-related major;
● Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices;
● Comfortable providing feedback and mentoring junior to senior developers;
● Solid understanding and hands-on experience with React.js;
● Strong familiarity with large-scale microservices architecture;
● Experience in modern design patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab and RESTful API;
● Experience in building highly available, performing and scalable clustered services CI/CD tools.
Nice to have
● Experience with fullstack frameworks (Meteor.js, Remix);
● Familiarity with AI tools or models.
