Job description
- An ideal candidate will hold the following responsibilities such as:
- Coordination of construction work. Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments;
- Facilities manager (by taking responsibility for the upkeep of the building);
- Cooperating closely with various departments to make sure the efficiency of the company's operations;
- Coordinate to set-up company events
- Manage budget for parties and events;
- Purchasing office equipment and other devices as requested;
- Welcoming visitors/ candidates by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries;
- Assisting manager as requested;
- Researching information;
- Other daily tasks.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a General Assistant/General Affairs role, preferably in a tech company with an international mindset;
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage a complex and varied workload with attention to detail;
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to handle pressure and take responsibility;
- Eager to learn and supportive;
- Must not be allergic to cat fur, preferably have a love for cats and knowledge in cat care.
