Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Shopify app sections and related backend systems.
- Implement backend logic integrated with Magento and Shopify APIs.
- Build and optimize front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Alpine.js.
- Develop and maintain React-based dashboards or builder interfaces for app sections.
- Integrate and manage APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization between services.
- Review, refactor, and optimize existing code for better performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal technical best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, including 2+ years in Shopify or eCommerce projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Alpine.js, React, and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify APIs (Admin, Storefront) and Magento backend logic.
- Strong understanding of API integration, webhooks, and data synchronization.
- Solid experience with Git and modern development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a system-level understanding of architecture.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to code quality and performance.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a small, agile team.
