As a Front Desk Receptionist at Dip & Doze Boutique Hostel, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist guests, providing them with a warm welcome and all necessary information about the hostel's amenities and services. You will handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition for our guests. Additionally, you will manage the hostel's reservation system, maintain guest records, and assist with any inquiries or issues that may be responsible for managing the hostel's social media accounts, promoting events, and enhancing our online presence. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and solve problems effectively will be crucial in maintaining high standards of hospitality.
