-Write and edit various types of public-facing business cases focused on AWS
-Interview subject matter experts and other technical staff to collect information, prepare written text, and coordinate layout and material organization
-Translate technical or complicated information into clear, direct, and concise documents appropriate for audiences with varying technical expertise
-Submit drafts for technical review and edit to accommodate requested changes to ensure the clarity, completeness, accuracy, and quality of documents created
-Internalize feedback provided to incorporate into future documents to minimize reviews
Yêu cầu ứng viên
-Experience as a technical writer
-Have knowledge of Information Technology or Cloud products is a plus
-Technical writing experience; strong written English skills.
-Ability to transform complex concepts into user-friendly verbiage.
-Experience designing, developing, and publishing educational content online.
-Experience developing documentation for cloud-based applications and Infrastructure is big a plus
-Demonstrated experience in communicating with technical engineers and coordinating work across multiple teams and departments
-Effective verbal and written communication
