About Us
We run a small but growing business group in Indonesia (PT PMA) with international operations spanning the US, Indonesia, and China. We're looking for an independent consultant to help us navigate the Indonesian banking and financial system more efficiently as a foreign-owned company.
What We're Looking For
An experienced, well-connected freelance consultant who can personally assist with:
Corporate bank account setup and troubleshooting for PT PMA companies
Guidance on accessing banking products suited to foreign-owned businesses (credit lines, cash management, forex/multi-currency accounts, merchant services)
Coordination and communication with relationship managers at major banks (BCA, Mandiri, Permata, OCBC NISP, etc.)
Advice on compliant financial structuring for cross-border operations (US LLC + Indonesian PT PMA)
Support navigating KYC/compliance requirements as a foreign business owner
General financial administration guidance (payment gateways, virtual accounts, wire transfers)
Ideal Candidate
Background in banking, corporate finance, or financial consulting in Indonesia
Established relationships with relationship managers or corporate banking teams at major Indonesian banks
Experience working with foreign-owned companies (PT PMA) or expat clients
Transparent and compliant approach — we are not looking for shortcuts around KYC or regulatory requirements, only efficient legitimate navigation of the system
Clear, responsive communicator, comfortable working directly with business owners rather than through a large firm
How This Works
This is NOT a full-time job or employment contract
Payment is per mission/task or as a light monthly retainer, agreed upon before engagement
We're looking for a long-term working relationship built on trust and compliance, not a one-off transaction
