Job description for Financial Operations Specialist at Quesscorp

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Associate, FinTech Operations with at least 2 years of experience in FinTech operations, financial services operations, application operations, lending operations, or a related field.

In this role, you will support daily operations across Financial Group products, including Lending, Insurance, PayLater, and Consumer Financing. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and operational teams to ensure smooth product delivery, issue resolution, process improvement, and business continuity.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of work with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn system and application troubleshooting as part of the role.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Run and monitor day-to-day operations for Financial Group products, including Lending, PayLater, Consumer Financing, and other financial services offerings.

Support application operations, including product setup, operational readiness, issue tracking, troubleshooting, escalation, and post-resolution follow-up.

Learn and handle system or application-related operational issues, working with Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Customer Experience, and external partners where needed.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure operational activities, product changes, and issue resolutions are executed smoothly.

Support rollout of new products, features, campaigns, partner processes, or operational workflows by preparing trackers, SOPs, checks, and operational requirements.

Identify process gaps, recurring issues, and manual inefficiencies, then recommend improvements to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and user experience.

Track operational performance, prepare reports, maintain dashboards or trackers, and provide updates to the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Support customer or partner inquiries where required, including investigation, coordination, and follow-up until resolution.

Manage warehouse or product inventory-related operations where applicable, including coordination with warehouse teams or vendors to maintain adequate stock levels.

Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, process guidelines, issue logs, and other records to support consistency and business continuity.

Support the Operations Manager on administrative coordination and other operational tasks required by team priorities.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Operations, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in FinTech operations, financial services operations, lending operations, application operations, business operations, or a related role.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, especially in system, application, and operational issue troubleshooting.

Good stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Strong problem-solving skills, with interest in improving operational processes and reducing inefficiencies.

Good attention to detail when managing reports, trackers, SOPs, issue logs, inventory records, or operational data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and office productivity tools.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Working-level English communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience in Lending, PayLater, Consumer Financing, digital banking, e-wallet, or other financial services.

Exposure to app-based products, backend operations, application issue resolution, or product operations.
