We are looking for a finance officer to provide financial administration of our company
Job Description:
- Experience in project budgeting
- Familiar with revenue and P&L
- Implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Review and process reimbursements
- Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transaction
- Recapitulation invoice
- Support the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field
- Knowledge of the financial tools
- Critical thinking and logical analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
