Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Accounting/Management/Fiscal Administration)
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experiences on related fields
- Excellent skill to analyze data, understanding spreadsheet
- Careful and thorough with numbers and data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulation
- Have Brevet A & B certificate will be an advantage
- An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
Job Description:
- Assist and report directly to the Head of Finance and Accounting.
- Analyze and validate purchasing activities from all departments.
- Monitor budget realization and suggest changes or improvements to increase efficiency and cost reductions.
- Reconcile VAT and Withholding Tax
- Reconcile discrepancies, errors, and troubling data.
- Assist in closing accounting at the end of the month.
- Assist in preparing documents for the audit process.
