Job description for Finance & Accounting Staff at PT HIT International
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
· Membuat invoice
· Monitoring Outstanding AR/AP
· Filling & follow up Billing
· Monitoring & rekonsiliasi Bank
· Membuat laporan pajak (PPn, PPH 23, PPH21, PB1)
· Membuat laporan keuangan, dan mencatat cashflow keuangan
Kualifikasi :
· Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Akuntansi
· Usia maksimal 30 tahun
· Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun diposisi yang sama
· Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Fin&Acc Hotel memiliki nilai plus
· Memahami Laporan Akuntansi dan Perpajakan
· Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik Microsoft Excel (pivot table, Vlookup/Hlookup)
· Mahir menggunakan sistem laporan keuangan hotel
· Berpengalaman dan mengerti mengelola AR/AP, cashflow monthly and weekly report, budgeting dan financial forecast
· Penempatan Kerja Di Jakarta
· Jujur, teliti, detail, bekerja keras dan bisa bekerja dibawah tekanan
· Bertanggung jawab dan dapat bekerjasama dalam team
· Penempatan kerja di Hotel, Grogol Jakarta Barat
· Sudah divaksin covid-19
· Dapat bekerja secepatnya (ASAP)
