Job description for Finance & Accounting Staff at PT. Kaya Mulia Anugrah (Gonegani & PAYU.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting and finance operations (GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (PPH, PPN, etc.) and coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data and supporting documents
- Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance (for Specialist) or 7+ years with supervisory experience (for Supervisor)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Able to work independently and in a team with integrity and responsibility
