Job description for Finance and Accounting Staff at Pt. Global Mobility Service Indonesia

Job Description :
· Responsible to perform full-cycle accounting monthly closing and annual closing
· Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
· Corrects accounting errors and posts journal entry adjustments.
· Complete end of month close procedures, balance sheet reconciliations, and generation of financial and management reports.
· Prepare analysis of accounts as requested for controlling AP & AR.
· Respond to internal and external inquiries related to daily journal entries.
· Provide support during ad-hoc task and/or audit-related
· Assist in day-to-day finance operation leading to the month-end closing.
· Basic knowledge of Tax calculation Art. 21, 23/26, 4 (2), VAT, CIT Final and other taxation relatives
· Assist in finance-related projects including system implementation and SOP updates regularly.
· Assist in providing ad hoc financial information as and when required for internal & external audit.

Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Economic/Accounting/Finance/or equivalent
· Wowan , Max 35 years old
· Have experience in same field 2-3 year 
· Have experience using accounting system would be prefreable
· Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel)
· Good English and Bahasa written skills
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
· Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
· Strong team player and excited to work in a start-up environment
· Strong interest when it comes to innovating process to achieve effectiveness
· Open to learn about accounting and tax practices in other markets
· Have can do attitude
· Have great eyes for detail – maintain a high level of accuracy in transaction processing
