Job description for Finance Analyst at Innovature Consulting Inc.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assist in preparing budget, forecast and financial plans.
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and analysis.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and clients to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in developing dashboards and visual reports.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Support process improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist with bookkeeping and end-of-month close procedures.
- Maintain and update all data used to deliver the financial performance and analysis required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, bookkeeping, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI (Basic), Power Query (Basic) is a plus
