REQUIREMENTS
- Maximum 35
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting is required
- At least 3-5 years of experiences in the same position (Finance-Accounting)
- At least 2-4 years of Leader role (Assistant manager/manager)
- Have the ability and familiar about data entry
- Must be detail and numerical proficiency
- Detailed oriented & conscientious
- To be responsible, honest, diligent and disciplined
- Good leadership and integrity
- Good communication skills, team player
- Able to join as soon as possible
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Capable to make L/R (Profit and Loss) reports, Journals, Balance Sheets, et cetera
- Familiar with Ms. Excel, accounting software, pamyment POS
- Journalize and input all transaction in our system and be responsible for the fairness of all reported accounts
- Bank reconciliation
- Stock opname
- Archive documents/ proof of purchase or transaction
- Managing the Accounting teams
- Ensuring the accounting process runs in accordance with accounting principles
- Create and analyze financial reports
- Make the company's annual budget
- Make systems and procedures on a regular basis
Placement : Muara Karang, North Jakarta
Working days : Monday-Friday (9-5)
