Job description for Finance, Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager at PT Chari Makmur Indonesia
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable Assistant Manager – Finance, Accounting, and Tax to support the management of the company’s financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
This role will work closely with the Manager and leadership team to strengthen financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making as the company continues to grow.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Planning
- Support daily financial operations, including cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support management and strategic decisions
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare financial analysis and reports to support the Founder and management team
Accounting & Reporting
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closing
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) under supervision
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS)
- Maintain accurate accounting records, documentation, and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial data flow and operational efficiency
Tax & Compliance
- Support the management of corporate tax obligations (PPN, PPh, and other applicable taxes)
- Assist in the preparation and timely submission of tax filings and reports
- Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and relevant authorities when required
- Stay updated on tax regulations and support implementation to ensure ongoing compliance
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax-related roles
- Strong experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, etc.)
- Experience using accounting systems such as Odoo, Accurate, Xero, Jurnal, SAP, or similar
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a growing environment
- Willing to be placed in Mojolaban, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java
