Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and approach potential customers, and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate rates and commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities to secure new business.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, working with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure service quality, improve operational efficiency, and optimize logistics costs.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Relevant experience in Logistics and Import-Export, with hands-on experience in both import and export procedures.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work independently and under sales targets and KPI pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
