Job Overview
We are seeking a Failure Analyst with strong expertise in circuit failure debugging and electronics manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing failures, supporting production teams, and driving corrective actions to ensure product quality and reliability.
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform circuit failure analysis and debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, Allegro, and other diagnostic tools.
- Conduct rework on PCBA components (excluding large BGA parts) using soldering iron and hot air gun.
- Utilize Linux systems for operations, command line tasks, and simple test script programming.
- Support NV board production line processes and factory operations.
- Collect, analyze, and report data using Excel, JMP, or similar tools.
- Prepare clear documentation of findings and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve quality.
What We Need to See
- 3–5 years of experience in circuit failure analysis/debug.
- Strong understanding of circuit schematics and debugging methodologies.
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, Allegro).
- Hands-on soldering and rework skills for PCBA components.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and ability to program simple test scripts.
- Knowledge of electronics production processes.
- Strong analytical, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
Ways to Stand Out
- Experience with NVIDIA product failure analysis.
- Background in PCB design, validation, mechanical design, or software skills.
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing environments and global supplier collaboration.
