Job description for Factory Director Assitant at Baller Headwear
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Assist the Production Director in overseeing and coordinating daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Work closely with department teams (Production, QA, Planning, IE, Warehouse) to resolve issues and improve productivity
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce downtime, control costs, and ensure product quality
- Facilitate communication between the Production Director and internal/external stakeholders; provide translation and interpretation support when needed
- Monitor production performance and ensure all teams are aligned with production targets and company objectives
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- Experience as an assistant in a manufacturing environment or Merchandiser / Production-related roles is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced factory environment
