Job description for Experienced Tester (up to 40M) at Bss Group
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Investigate product/project requirements and documentation;
- Create test plans;
- Create and review test cases;
- Execute manual test;
- Analyze test results and post bugs;
- Contribute to quality management;
- Manage testing progress and assign tasks for members;
- Develop and guide team members;
- Write and execute automated test scripts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields;
- Intermediate knowledge about Test process, UML, Core Access/ MySQL/ SQL Server;
- Professional and ethnic behaviors;
- Good communication skills: group discussion leading, team working, etc
- Strong leadership;
- Fluent in English;
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS, reading code and automated test tools;
- Good eCommerce logic;
- Experienced with PHP/Magento;
- Good teamwork skills and have experience in highly-standardized work environments;
- Professional and ethnic behaviors;
- Creative, active and independent.
