Job description for Executive 2D Designer (Event & Activation) at CÔNG TY TNHH BGROUP MARKETING AGENCY
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE: We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 2D Design Executive to join our fast-paced Event & Activation team. This role is perfect for a talented junior designer or fresh graduate who wants to turn their creative concepts into real-world brand experiences.
As a 2D Design Executive, you will not only assist in brainstorming the "Big Idea" but also take ownership of executing and adapting Key Visuals into various physical and digital touchpoints. You will learn how to design for scale, survive tight event deadlines, and grow within a professional agency environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and take full ownership of 2D graphic elements for assigned projects. This includes developing Key Visuals (KV) and adapting them across various formats: posters, production Artworks (AW), POSM materials, and digital platform assets.
Partner effectively with the Planning and Account teams to brainstorm, develop, and refine the visual direction and aesthetic concepts for upcoming campaigns.
Ensure all design files and artworks (AW) are highly accurate, print-ready, and meet the specific technical requirements for event production.
Continuously upgrade your professional skills, staying ahead of the latest design trends, AI tools, and consumer aesthetics to elevate the quality of our projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Minium 1 year of experience in the Graphic Design industry.
A strong passion for Advertising, with a preference for candidates who have experience or high interest in Event & Activation Agencies.
Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite. Practical experience using AI generation tools to support design workflows is a major plus.
Strong artistic mindset with an excellent eye for layout, typography, and color. The ability to hand-sketch or storyboard ideas is a significant advantage.
Proactive, highly responsible, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage strict project deadlines.
Good communication skills to present and defend design ideas clearly.
