Role Overview
The role focuses on supporting event planning, coordination, logistics, and on-site operations. You will work alongside team members to help ensure that events are organised smoothly and efficiently while gaining practical experience in event management and participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities
You will assist with planning and coordinating events, including preparing event materials, organising logistics, and supporting event setup and teardown. You will help coordinate schedules, communicate with team members and participants, and ensure that event arrangements are properly managed. You may also assist with registration, guest enquiries, crowd coordination, and on-site event operations. Where required, you will support presentations, participant engagement, and other event-related activities to help create a positive experience for attendees.
