Job brief
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Events Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, back-office role where you will be responsible for managing and selling events for venues in Singapore.
The position offers an exciting opportunity for career progression to an Events Executive role. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in events.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate event sales inquiries from international customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Provide detailed information about venue availability, pricing, and event packages to clients.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to event sales, including contracts, proposals, and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful planning and execution of events.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements and skill:
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
- No prior experience is required; fresh graduates and those new to the industry are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools (training will be provided).
- A keen interest in event sales, customer service, or wedding planning is an advantage.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required in the events industry.
