Job description for Event Intern at Công ty TNHH The Sentry
Key Responsibilities:
- Support B2B event inquiries and meeting room bookings across multiple channels.
- Conduct site tours and assist in preparing event proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in organizing The Sentry’s internal/community events.
- Support event logistics, guest registration, setup, and on-site operations.
- Handle administrative tasks including reports, contracts, invoices, and team coordination.
Requirements:
- Available full-time for 6 months starting June 2026.
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in relevant fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese (essential for dealing with international partners and local vendors).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in events, community building, or business development is a plus.

Working time/ days:
- Mondays – Fridays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays 8:00AM – 12:00PM
