Role & Responsibilities

The super intern position is for final year students, graduate students who are keen to be a part Vietnam tech startup ecosystem. This position can involve roles and activities spread across event management.

You will be treated like a full-time employee, not an intern. This means that we will hold you accountable for your commitment to produce meaningful work and an impactful outcome! There will be an opportunity to convert this internship into a full-time position upon the end of the contract, upon evaluation from the respective managers.

Learning Opportunities

In Launch JDI, we have many open opportunities for interns in Event management, You will be part of the team that helps:

• Assist full-time staff with day-to-day operations and event planning.

• Assist with speaker outreach to collect bios, course materials, etc.

• Assist with vendor outreach to collect images, testimonials, etc.

• Assist with projects in the areas of marketing, event development, and

• sponsorship/development as needed.

• Assist with drafting surveys and collecting and analyzing responses.

• Help to review proposed venues for future events.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Are you the right fit?

• Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in event planning, customer service, marketing, or association management fields.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.

• Having a knowledge of design is a plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (IELTS > 5.5)

• Passion, enthusiasm, and any prior experience towards startup ecosystem is a plus.
