Job description for Environment & Safety Manager at ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV SOUTHEAST ASIA
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Provide technical support to plant leadership team to comply Internal and external ES legal requirements. Develop and maintain the plant environment and safety legal register
- Provide technical support in risk assessment to reduce costs, potential violation, injuries and harm to the human and environment.
- Own Safety and Environment Pillars of VPO (ABINBEV management system) at plant level and support all the dept. in achieving yearly targets VPO.
- Monitor and highlight the noncompliance to safety and environment critical equipment preventive maintenance.
- Ensure reporting & compliance of Environment dashboard (Coproduct, ENC, Chemicals, BTS and sustainable toolkit)
- Contractor management process: to inspect on a daily basis contractor works and report to project manager/ department manager/ ES manager
- Manage and monitor Emergency procedures
- Security management to assure security in plant to be done, keep discipline and treat violation for any staffs& workers non-compliance with general rules of plant
- Co Product & waste management to assure all employees aware of waste and coproduct management at the shop floor
- To assure Safety Risk assessment to be done review annual
- Promote Safety and environment events like World Safety Day, World Water Day, World Environment Day at plant level based on Zone/BU guidelines
- Support in executing the ES Capex projects at plant level.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- University degree (Major in Safety Environment, Foods or related)
- 5-8years of experience in EHS function, more than 2 years working experience managerial role in Manufacturing environment
- Comprehend in setting up and implementing requirement of Management system
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient skills in MS Office.
- Master the related knowledge of management pillar, people pillar, quality pillar and maintain pillar (Own the environment, safety or engineer major, registered safety engineer license. Skill fully Master know VPO environment and safety pillar knowledge.
- Strong - leadership, communicate and motivation ability.
- Strong ability of judgment, analysis and problem solution
- Strong ability of team building, cooperation and coordination
- Strong executive ability, honesty, never satisfied with achievement and never stopping challenge
