Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and confident English-speaking Telemarketing Agent to join our growing team. The role is centered on outbound lead generation; making calls to potential customers, qualifying prospects, gathering accurate data, and handing-over leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospects in English-speaking markets.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on defined criteria.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Work Conditions
• On-site (Tangerang area).
• Full-time (working hours 1 PM-10 PM, Monday-Friday).
