Electrical Engineer (marine & offshore)
Our Electrical Engineer position offers you an attractive career opportunity to work on exciting medium to large scale Marine and Offshore projects in our Singapore office.
Responsibilities
- Review / Design of power, UPS, lighting & provision systems for marine & offshore application.
- Issue MTO
- Assist the related FEA Consultant and Engineer in trouble shooting of Systems at site if necessary or at the request of operations/support department
- Co-ordinate with Project Engineer in notifying customers of any changes in design, documentation, planning, schedule or Structural Analysis services performed.
- Ensure all engineering designs, technical drawings and appropriate standards used are properly documented.
- Develop Technical Requisition Package for electrical equipment and full systems
- Develop detail design for the electrical system
- Develop electrical plan drawings (Cable Schedules, Cable Tray Layout, etc)
- Attend meetings to resolve technical matters
- Carry out studies such as equipment layout and equipment checks
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum five years work experience related to Electrical design.
- Proficient in Autocad and MS office
